Where is SkullsTribe located?
We are located in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. We do however ship to anywhere located within the United States.

There is a sale on. How long does it last?
We are not able to mention how long a product is offered on sale. It depends on the single offer.

ORDERS

How do I place an order on your website?

  1. First, you choose the product you love and if offered, select appropriate variants.
  2. Click the "Add to cart" button and go to the checkout page.
  3. Then complete your information and choose the payment method.

That's it! Simple and very easy.

Are there limitations in the number of free shipping products that I can buy in the same order??
Generally speaking, no. Purchase limits are applied for such products. 

What happens after my order is placed?
We will send you an email to confirm your purchase, which will contain the order ID.
We will send additional emails to inform you about the progress and status of your order.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Order arrived but the items are wrong or damaged. What should I do?
You can contact us following the instructions on the page Refund Policy. Rest assured that if we are at fault, we will send out the correct items at our cost.

Order arrived but I want to change the items. What should I do?

How do I stay updated about the status of my order?
You can access your account under the "Orders" section which can be found on the dashboard.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do, and there's no minimum threshold.

Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.                                                                                                                    

Can I track my order?
Yes! After completing your payment you will receive an email with a unique order ID to track the order status. You will be able to track your order status from your account on this site, consulting the dashboard or directly under the "Orders" section.
