Our return policy is simple. We consider 3 events:

- not received item
- broken or not compliant item
- wrong order

Returns

If 30 days have gone from the receipt of the item, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

hazardous materials
flammable liquids or gases
gift cards
downloadable software

Case 1 – Not received item

In the case of not received item the procedure is:

- we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request
in the case of approval, we will send you a new item without additional costs

Case 2 – Broken or not compliant item

In the case of a broken or not compliant item the procedure is:

- we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request

In case you made some mistakes in your order the procedure is:
